Dr. Edward Jones,--Lot 33 Daniels Island Rd. cont,
Pauline: Was this all considered one lot at one tine?
Atty.---Dubin: one time, a long time ago. This is one of the earliest. sub-
divided on the land court plan.
Pauline: What is the date on the land court plan?
Mjce Jones: l think it goes back to the 30s.
Att
. _Dubin; It is an old, old plan. This was one of the biggest lots that
there was. Shows the Board a copy of the old land court plan. As you can see,
a lot of the lots have been consolidated at this tip of the island.
Tauline:, Asks if the Board has any other questions?
Wan t What does It say about a reserve area or Board of Health variance granted
already'
At . -Dubin: Yes.
Paul ine: on the septic and Title V. It was signed: by Krs. Anderson and the date
signed,
Wayne: Asks about the closeness to other lots?
Atty. u tn.a It is good that way, We are really lucky from a. purchaser's point
of vier, This lot has much more _privacy than any of the lots that have been re-
cently built. Shows where Dr. Jone * house is located up on the h111. Where i
quite a. bit of vegetation on the hill. Mike designed that house to a certain ex-
tent to make It unobtrusive on hisfather's lot. We think, in that respect, It
won't be a burden on, his neighbor's lot. There are two houses.*across diagonally,
We won't be obstructing anybody's view to a great extent. The Douse is going to
be set directly across from the beach. Mr. Hayward's house is separated b _th
street, Mr. Ton is's house is over on this corner. I don#t think there is any
problem in the distance of the houses across the street,
Pauline: Where do you plan t .drive the well?
Wayne:. points out where it will be coning from.
Joan Fuse: When the Hayward house- was built, the placement of his septic system
actually forced the well off his lot which created an additional hardship to this
lot. The original plan which was drawn by 'Doyle showed the well and the septic
system,on the save lot.,without a. problem in getting 10 feet between the two.
Because of the placement of Hayward's septic and the other septics on the island,
It put the well o his lot. As a result, there will be a well easement from Dr.
Jones,
Wayne: e due is that _proposed contours be shown in the future on Warwick's plane
Pauline: We have o other questions. We cannot issue an Order of Conditions
until we receive a DEQE number. As soon as we receive i , we will act on i .
