5 <br /> W <br /> conservation Commission' s F <br /> Minutes of May -25p 1983 page <br /> old Business <br /> Hearing of Stephen Colella f Bayview Road finally received a DEQE number, <br /> 5 3-2 91 t and the commission is-sued- the following order of - condi'tions <br /> The w'ork shall conform to the following described plans and additional. <br /> conditions: Sketch 1. 2r. 3 and for Stephen. Mary Coiel.l.a, Seconsett.,:. <br /> slando Mashpe4 Ma. <br /> The excavation for the- dwelling shall be completed in accordance with <br /> sketch # an area of 17' x 24' 2" to rebuild the existing structure. <br /> The well shall be placed by a professional well driller according to the <br /> town of Mashpee Board- of Health regulations. <br /> The stairway leading to the water area shall -be constructed in accordance <br /> with sketch #4 submitted with the notice of intent. <br /> f <br /> Construction of the dock is denied as prints submitted show an impractical <br /> construction. <br /> Superseding Order for dit.ions <br /> The Commission reviewed superseding Orders of Conditions for S 3-2 2 <br /> Norma F, Xumin of lot 26 Bayview Road and forF S 3-279, Wesley B. Finch o <br /> Lot 281 Bright Circle, Popponesset Island. <br /> 49M MOM .� <br /> Decision on Maushop Cottage Relocattion <br /> Arlene rls nern twith the CommissIon' and re-capped the discussion that <br /> was held at the hearing of May 11. 1983 in a request for' determination <br /> of applicability as to whether a filing is needed to relocate seven exis - <br /> ing cottage structures and to do the final, grading- of the existing drainage <br /> sin/detention area. <br /> Chairperson Studley told Mrs. Wilson that it was the consensus' of opinion <br /> f some- of the members that a notice of intent should be filed for the <br /> ro ect showing' individual combinations. She commented that the "present a- <br /> ion mentioned both types of foundations neer foundations and/or basements ) . <br /> airp rs .Studley said that she would like to have that for the record. <br /> chairperson studle .rentfoned that there was also a discrepancy on the <br /> measurement of the basin between ghat is on the pian and ghat is in the <br /> written part of the description which mentions ti ns that it is 80 plus feet from <br /> the- top of the ei sting coastal bank Mrs. Wilson commented that the <br /> plan shows ' it further backs subsequent to the determination. <br /> ChairpersonStudley said that even though some of it is connected to an <br /> outside water supply, the Commission does not have any way of knowing where <br /> the septic systems will be placed. Chairperson Studley told Mrs_. Milson <br /> Ith t a filing could e in order and that. it could come in s one project. <br /> Arlene Wilson commented that . the septic systems are not shown on the plan <br /> because none of the septic systems are within airy area which is in the <br /> aur sdiction f- the .Commissi-on as they are all beyond turd loo feet. Chairperson <br /> Studley commented that the -Commission wants to know where they are going to <br /> go even if t i just pipe. - t this point,' 1rl. ne Milson pointed out the <br /> area on the plan which shows the pipes, <br />
