She said that in order <br /> to replant it, it should be filled to come up to the banking. <br /> Chairperson Studley asked if it could be graded without adding a lot <br /> of fill. Bob DeLory said "no, as you would be cutting into something <br /> else". Pauline DeLory said that it was bank in there too. <br /> Chairperson Studley asked what the depth of the out at the top of the <br /> bank was Pauline DeLory said that it was about 2h to 3 feet easily, <br /> Bob DeLory said that the bank was about 4 feet high at least. Pauline <br /> eLory said that they would have to fill some of it to build up the <br /> banking so that it would be one contiguous banking. Chairperson <br /> Studley said that she did not see any harm in allowing some fill on <br /> that particular part of the roadway at the top of the banking in order <br /> to rebuild the area, Jean said that it would depend on what they are <br /> going to use for material because if it rains hard, it would wash.. down. <br /> Chairperson studiey said that it would have to be baled. <br /> Chairperson Studley asked what the approximate width of it wa.s. Bob <br /> eLory said that it was 10 to 11 feet wide. <br /> Chairperson Studley said that she was agreeable to extending the walk-- <br /> way to the top of the bank, revegetae and place hay bales where the cut <br /> has been made into the bank and attempt revegetation on the particular <br /> cut. She said that she believes that the order should say haat the pro- <br /> posed wooden wall is denied at this time with the consent of the pro- <br /> ponents. All members present were agreeable to issuing an order of <br /> conditions under those terms.
