Concerns of the Board <br /> members were that no proposed grades were shown on the plan, no buttress <br /> protection was shown for the pool so that it doesn' t undermine: it did <br /> not state if they would be made of concrete; nor did it state how south- <br /> erly slope would be revegetated. In the minutes of January 4. it stated <br /> that a Board of Appeals permit would be applied for; nothing was mentioned <br /> as to why a Board of Appeals variance would be needed <br /> Charlie Buckingham motioned to deny the project without prejudice and to <br /> advise the applicant to furnish the Board with grades, plans showing <br /> location of pool, documentation as far as material to be used for the <br /> pool and the depth of the pool. Pauline Deory seconded the motion. Mr. <br /> Jay was present during the preview and discussed any concerns of the Com- <br /> mission. He presented a plan for the revegetation of the bank for inclu- <br /> sion in the records. <br /> All members,, -except March Dardarno, were in agreement to permit the project <br /> ars shown on plans submitted. The Commission stipulated in their order of <br /> Condition that all three property owners are to participate in revegetating <br /> the bank immediately after the project is completed. vegetation shall con- <br /> sist f: American Beach Crass, Weeping Love Grass, Bayberry, Japanese Black <br /> Pine, Ragos a Rose, Beach Plum,, Dusty Miller, H dsonia and Beach Pea. Prop- <br /> erty owners shall furnish a copy of an agreement in writing to the Cons e rva- <br /> t ion commission for a beach nourishment program.. The access for all heavy <br /> equipment shall be limited to the easement area or from the New r Seabury <br /> country Club s i e of the project.
