* Meeting of ,Tanuary 25, 1984 Conservation Commission Page Sidney ovioh, one Daniels island Road - S -328 Members of the Board reviewed the plans for the proposed swimming pool and house addition at One Daniels Island Road. Concerns of the Board members were that no proposed grades were shown on the plan, no buttress protection was shown for the pool so that it doesn' t undermine: it did not state if they would be made of concrete; nor did it state how south- erly slope would be revegetated. In the minutes of January 4. it stated that a Board of Appeals permit would be applied for; nothing was mentioned as to why a Board of Appeals variance would be needed Charlie Buckingham motioned to deny the project without prejudice and to advise the applicant to furnish the Board with grades, plans showing location of pool, documentation as far as material to be used for the pool and the depth of the pool. Pauline Deory seconded the motion. All present were in favor with Jean Thomas abstaining. Peter Erceq_ c/o Nirenber ,, 99 Triton a ow 43-330 Board members reviewed the plans for the proposed, stabilization of coastal bank. along Succonne set Point in front of three lots off Triton Way. Mr. Jay was present during the preview and discussed any concerns of the Com- mission. He presented a plan for the revegetation of the bank for inclu- sion in the records. All members,, -except March Dardarno, were in agreement to permit the project ars shown on plans submitted. The Commission stipulated in their order of Condition that all three property owners are to participate in revegetating the bank immediately after the project is completed. vegetation shall con- sist f: American Beach Crass, Weeping Love Grass, Bayberry, Japanese Black Pine, Ragos a Rose, Beach Plum,, Dusty Miller, H dsonia and Beach Pea. Prop- erty owners shall furnish a copy of an agreement in writing to the Cons e rva- t ion commission for a beach nourishment program.. The access for all heavy equipment shall be limited to the easement area or from the New r Seabury country Club s i e of the project. All work is confined to the Locus of the WC-L11 itself and no work shall be allowed from the crest of the slope exce~:
