Wayne Tavares asked Charlie Buckingham if variances are granted for dis- tances of the well to, septic systems. Charlie said that variances are granted and that there must be loo feet from septic to a well. never Wean Thomas asked if the e ory distance from well septic complied, Charlie: -said that one thing that does not clear is the distance to water. He said that it needed a variance from the leaching field to water and that Board of Health regulation is 75 feet. Jean Thomas asked hoer ease it would be to the river. Charlie saidt is 50 feet and that the Bd. o Health asked that the perimeter be staked out Wayne Tavares asked that the proposed elevations be put on the plan, IH e said that the Commission would like to see how it would be graded after- wards. Chairperson 'Studley said that the information should be received before writing an order of conditions. She requested that it be received within two weeks. Charlie requested that the plan be sent to the Bd. of Health as well. Santuit Pond Project Bruce Besse Jr. , mite Planner for Lepel-Shields Construction met with the Commission with reference to the Commission' s comments on the Santuit Pond 'TPro j ect pre-application. He said that there are sections of the. pro- ject which would need conservat-ion approval. e mentioned a road going down to the pond which is to be constructed at the rex est of the Fire Dept. Them will be dry hydrants and beach amenities as well. !Ascussion was made as to whether or not the C"%om i s i n responded with their comments t the Planning Board on the pre-application filing. The secretary said that she thought a memo had been seat to the Planning Board. Novacoff, Triton 'day The commission reviewed a rerxest from Ed Novacoff to repair his wall on his property located on Triton ;day. They also reviewed a letter dated May 31 , 1979 where previous permission had 'been granted to repair the wall. The secretary was asked to aet the input of DEQEO Sidney Cavi ch The Commission reviewed Superseding orders of Conditions for Sidney Co i c 's swimming pool to be constructed on his property located on Daniels Island Road. The Commission originally denied Mr. Covich' s request. Orders of conditions .the Commission issued orders of Conditions on the hearings held at the last meeting on: Malcolm Portnoy' s rexuest to construct a hone on exist- ing foundation located on Sums et- c%ircle, Zak i . bdum- abi ' s request to con- struct a dock , and on Eugene Rubin' s request for a dock on 251 Poponesset Island Road.
