The sewage-disposal system and the other portion of the <br /> driveway is in the buffer zone adjacent to the coastal ban . <br /> The elevation of the first floor of the dwelling is well - above <br /> the elevation of 100-year flood which is elevation 11' The <br /> first floor is about 2 and "I right request that we lower <br /> that a couple of feet down to about 22-12-, " Title V is not <br /> applicable because the system -is located over 150' from, the <br /> edge of the marsh. A straw-bale dike is proposed as apre- <br /> cautionary measure to prevent siltation'_into' the marsh. The <br /> hay bales are about 50' back from the marsh. The hay bales will <br /> indicate the work limit . Any disturbed a.rea.s ' will be re-vegetated. <br /> Basically, the natural vegetation will be left as is which i <br /> mostly scrub pine and oak. An order of conditions was written <br /> and will be issued as follows <br /> 1 , The driveway' must be constructed of permeable <br /> materials , <br /> 2.
