Mashpee Conservation Commission Meeting of March 6 , 1986 Page Seven on-site sewage disposal system and driveway at Lot #15 Ockway Bay Road , Assessors ' Map No. 99 • This hearing is continued until April 3, 1986 as the Agent did not receive notice in time to prepare for the hearing. Gary Tavares (Francisco Tavares , Inc. - Agent) This proposal is to install walls ; lawn in rear of house - deck and stairway on rear slope near pond - plantings at Lot #5 Crescent Road off Hoop Hole Road. Landscape architect representing the agent , presented plans . He stated that the project is located on John' s Pond . The existing house is in the middle of a large property and well back from the 100' zone from the wetland. The area is very rural . "Basically, what we are proposing is to have a narrow strip of grass starting from the driveway going around the house and back. Because of grading differentials around the site there are several low re- taining walls required. The owner desires to have a terrace in the back and a retaining wall 18" high will be required. " Mr. Abramson continued with the description indicating on the plans . He said that there will be a 100'. easement left at John' s Pond which will be kept in its natural state as a buffer. A walkway is proposed through the woods which will not be surfaced un- naturally from the patio to a deck . The proposed stairway will be on sonotubes . Mr. Abramson began to talk about the construction of a proposed dock. The Chairman instructed that it would have to be a separate filing as it was not included in the Notice of Intent submitted. The Chairman called for further questions , comments or discussion. There were none. The Chairman declared the hearing closed and that the matter would be taken under advisement. Milton ,aberskv (Francisco Tavares , Inc . - Agent A landscaping plan was submitted by representative of the Agent for various landscaping work to be performed at Lot #55 Waterline Drive . The house is located at a salt-water marsh. This proposal was originally heard on October 24 , 1985 at which time an Order of Conditions was written and which the applicant is amend- ing at this hearing.
