Ias hpe e Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting of May 1, 1986 <br /> Page Four <br /> has received information pertaining to access to the ramp. lotion <br /> was seconded and unanimously carried <br /> Hearing is continued to May 22 , 1986 <br /> Bayberry .Homes Inc . All Cape Surer Consultants - Agent <br /> Chris Costo presented plans . He noted that this is a re-submission <br /> as the first proposal was denied wi=thout prejudice . <br /> The proposal is to construct single-family dwefling with driveway, <br /> grading and planting at Lot #404 Oregon Road. <br /> Ir. Costa said that as far as he was aware , this hearing was to address <br /> issues that were the cause of the original denial. Mrs . Jacobson had <br /> stated that he hay bales were scattered. Mr. Costa said that the hay <br /> bales on the project site were staked at the time of the original <br /> filing - "the first time around" . They will be re-staked, <br /> Mr. Costa said that the lot has been re-surveyed. He said that the <br /> contours were found to be , for all practical purposes , exactly as <br /> shown on both plans . He said that the edge of the wetland had been <br /> re-located and , for all practical purposes , that was exactly as it <br /> should be . <br /> Nor. Costa sa*d that ratters were addressed at the last hearing such <br /> as drainage patterns , Fillof which there will be very little ' <br /> plantings , etc . The water in the etland has receded about to 1at <br /> this time . <br /> There were no further comments , questions or discussion. The Chairman <br /> declared the hearing closed and stated that the proposal would be <br /> taken under advisement , <br /> Bayberry Homes Inc.- (All Cape Survey ConsultantAgent) <br /> This proposal is to construct a. s.ingle-family single-familydwelling with drive- <br /> way, grading and planting at Lot #401 , Cot it ROad, <br /> Chris Costa presented plans , He stated that this is a, e- submis * <br /> as the original proposal was denied without prejudice, <br />
