Mr. Costa said that the site had been staked <br /> previoulsy* If necessary he would. send a survey crew to. .re-stake <br /> at the convenience of the Board. <br /> Mr. Merrow stated that on on"site inspection, it was observed that <br /> run-off and drainage was into the marsh from Cotuit Road. Mr. <br /> Costa said that the water can be diverted sothat it will be forced <br /> farther down Cotuit Road into the proper drainage structures . The <br /> grading play would still allow some drainage from the front of the <br /> lot to the rear. Mrs . Jacobson said that the slash that was out <br /> when it was first visi-t-ed is still there and onto the wetlands <br /> Hay bales are not staked and the run-off has marred the bales to <br /> some extent so they are ineffective , <br /> Mr* Costa said that the wetland is an inland isolated wetla do <br /> There were no further questions , comments or discussion.
