Janes Walsh, Lot 101 , directly across the street stated he was not notifled of this hearing. He further stated his well is 60 feet from the proposed septic, He was advised to make the Board of Health aware of this fact. Robert tai requested that the ConservationCommission as for a cursory study, t minimum, to determine the effects of the nutrient loading that will. happen at that end of the pond, a -recharge area. The septic systems will be well- i th i n 150 feet of the area and he predicted i 10-15 years that end of the pond will be filled with weeds.
