L .4 <br /> f <br /> w <br /> lashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting of July 31 , 1986 <br /> Page 4. <br /> George Regan stated he has owned the lots for 10-11 years and questioned the <br /> size of the lots of the previous speakers. <br /> Janes Walsh, Lot 101 , directly across the street stated he was not notifled of <br /> this hearing. He further stated his well is 60 feet from the proposed septic, <br /> He was advised to make the Board of Health aware of this fact. <br /> Robert tai requested that the ConservationCommission as for a cursory study, <br /> t minimum, to determine the effects of the nutrient loading that will. happen <br /> at that end of the pond, a -recharge area. The septic systems will be well- i th i n <br /> 150 feet of the area and he predicted i 10-15 years that end of the pond will be <br /> filled with weeds. Mr. Regan stated should weeds occur, .he personally will take <br /> care of thein and would sign an affidavit to that effect. <br /> TAKEN UDR ADVISEMENT <br /> i <br /> Barnstable Hol di n o. (Cape & Islands Surveying - Agent) To construct a single <br /> ami y resp ence, septic system an well at 182 Tamberlane Drive, David Sanick <br /> presenting. It is proposed to install drywell s for roof urs-off, A driveway of <br /> pervious material and the house set back feet from the pond edge. <br /> Mrs . Jacobson expressed concern with the location of the well and stated this <br /> would have to be done by hand. <br /> An abutter, Mr. Bel trand i , Lot 181 , was advised to take his concerns to the <br /> Board of Health, <br /> John Malone stated his comments were the same as the previous hearing. <br /> Robert Hakim stated his comments also were the same with regard to nutrient <br /> loading, <br /> TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT <br /> ayberr Homes , 401 Cotuit Rd, Chris Costa advised this is the third time before <br /> the Boar ori a It ce of Intent and the plans now meet the specific conditions <br /> ire the Denial Without Prejudice. Staked hay bales are in place and a cross <br /> section has been provided. <br /> Question was raised concerning a Stop Work Order as of today. Mr. Costa stated <br /> this would be addressed with the Board of Health. <br /> TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT <br /> Bayberry Homes , 404 Oregon R . Chris Costs stated, again, this has been before <br /> the Board an requirements for additional information have been met and an enlarge- <br /> ment of the cross section provided. <br /> TAKEN ANDER ADVISEMENT <br /> Kevin Kirrane of Terry, Dunning Terry requested copies of the orders of on- <br /> di tions and al so those of Pi Gariel 1 o , 267 Popponesset Rd. <br />
