The <br /> request before the board is to repair the pier which will mean <br /> replacing timbers and repairing or replacing and pilings which may <br /> be in need f repair - to make it safe . " <br /> In response to a question from Chairman Studley concerning other <br /> work performed at the location, Mr. Bene a.y said, "The grass has <br /> been cut, an old trailer was removed, bottles , part of an old auto- <br /> mobile - junk like that was removed, There was no fill mut in, 11 <br /> Mr. Benway continued to say, "It is incredibly hazardous . ..
