Ferri day suggested the house be mored off the bank. Mr. Rosenberg stated it is a separate structure and the setback requirement is D feet. The architect agreed the structure could be moved with no problem. COMMENTS: Mr. & Mrs . Barry Stone, abutters , stated they were basically in favor of the addition but wished to view the plans .
