Nickerson <br /> agreed. <br /> John questioned the work 1 imi t and suggested it be roved forward to the house <br /> 10 feet and there should be no clearing forward of the work I imit. <br /> Ms Behrman stated gutters and drells will be conditioned. <br /> HEARING CLOSED - ORDER of CONDITIONS WITHIN 21 DAYS . <br /> 9: 15 - Arthur Burrs - Wm. Marwick & Assoc. Chris Clark presenting . Proposal to <br /> construct a two bedroom guest house with attached de k and septic system next to <br /> an enc i sting dwelling at 293 Compass Circle. Mr. Burns and ElI abeth Chapman, the <br /> Architect were also present. <br /> Drywel 1 s are proposed for roof drainage. Hay bales wi 1 1 be placed as close as <br /> practicable to the deck. No landscaping activity is planned with the. area to be <br /> left i n its natural state. The area is flat and activity should not damage the <br /> resource area . <br /> The plan has not been before the Board of Health. It has had a percolation test: <br /> John advised the top of the beak is the 8 foot contour . The corner of the build- <br /> ing <br /> uild- <br /> ing is 20 feet from the wetland. Mr. Burns was asked if an order of conditions <br /> was issued for the dock. He stated there was . John stated the 'dock is being <br /> stored on the salt marsh which damages vegetation. Mr . Burns agreed to remove i t. <br /> Question was raised re Board ofppea 1 s action. <br /> Mrs.. Ferri day suggested the house be mored off the bank. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it is a separate structure and the setback requirement is <br /> D feet. <br /> The architect agreed the structure could be moved with no problem. <br /> COMMENTS: Mr. & Mrs . Barry Stone, abutters , stated they were basically in favor <br /> of the addition but wished to view the plans . <br /> It was pointed out the structure is 16 feet from the property 1 i ne at the nearest <br /> point. The bylaw is zero in New seabu rr . <br /> Mr. Stone asked if stakes were present for him to view and was advised they were. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED PENDING BOARD OF APPEAL ACTION AND ANY PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS. <br /> 9:30 - David B. Co l p i tts . To ex tend the deck on southern s i de of the house, <br /> extend a portion of the northeast side of the house and confirm the 15 year <br /> existence of a temporary pier and walkway at lot 16 Daniels Island Road. George <br /> Benway Presenting . Abutters notices were presented . The year round home i s 16 <br /> years old and used seasonally. The Col pi tts have always had a flow put out in <br /> April and removed in November and that is a 1 1 they wish to obtain permits for. <br /> The intent i to obtain an order of conditions for a temporary pier structure. <br /> Pictures were submitted tted and the pier is sti i l out for -the commilssion to view. <br />
