Applicant must provide 48 hours notice before beginning the project so that <br /> supervision can ensure that material placed is the actual material presented in the <br /> analysis. <br /> .a. All work shall be done pursuant to written contracts, copies of which shall be <br /> filed with the Conservation Commission not less than 48 hours prior to the commencement <br /> of the work. Each such contract shout.d contain the undertaking of the contractor to <br /> perform all work in accordance with the Orders of Conditions of the Conservation <br /> Commission and to indemnify the Town of Sashpee; the Mashpee Conservation Commission, <br /> individual members thereof; and any private owners of property for all losses, damage <br /> and expense resulting from any violation of the Orders of Conditions including any <br /> expense relating to enforcement, <br /> b. No heavy equipment heavier than a bob-cat will be permitted closer than loo to <br /> the coastal bank. <br /> . Violations of any of the aforementioned will result in an enforcement order <br /> requiring work to cease on the entire project.
