John stated the t <br /> was not the way he had read it. <br /> Mr. Govoni stated then after the second problem he came and talked with Louise <br /> and John. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson stated she understood a 1 1 that and is not interested in making it <br /> difficult but when an order of conditions is written, that is what we should <br /> be going by , not dhanging it after it Vs written. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked if they get that pile of f i 11 out of there on Saturday if <br /> they could forget the hay bales and if that was the only concern, that one pile <br /> of fill . fir. Govoni stated everything else is outside the 100 ' range, referring <br /> to the other fill on the back side. <br /> Ms Behrman pointed out at the original Determination of Applicability hearing <br /> Mr. Merliss stated nothing would be stored on the lot. It is unfortunate Mr. <br /> ovon i is in this u nfo r tuna to position where there had been commitments made. <br /> Ms Behrman stated the letter submitted is satisfactory as written. <br /> Mrs . Jacobson stated she did not see how this takes care of the problem. If <br /> amending #9, condition #l 1 states a reveg a to ion plan must be submitted to the <br /> commission for approval , which we don ' t have and #12 states revegetat ion shall <br /> be completed before work goes forward . <br /> Ms Behrman advised Steven VanTol did the revegetat ion plan. <br /> Mr. Govoni stated i f there is anything else the commission wants him to do, <br /> he will do it. <br /> There was further discussion of the above ratter subsequent to the hearings . <br /> The meeting was cal led to order at 7.30 P.m. <br /> The chairman welcomed Heather Urquhart as a voting member. <br /> . o - Peter .B E l odeau (Holmes McGrath SE43-645.
