Regarding the commission's concern with the material stored i n the boathouse, Dr. Allen had no problem with ceasing s to-rage when the boathouse is renovated but requested he be allowed t construct o small storage type building on the 1 o t adjacent to the house to store those materials .' He also reques ted I � dealing with a storage shed, he would like to add a 6 x 12 ft. fenced run for two dogs . The shed- was set arbitrarily in line with the rear of the house off the slope-. Ms du Pont stated she had no ob j ec t i on as long as they do not put down a concrete slab. Ms Beh rman pointed out it would be within 50 feet of the wetland. Mr. Burgmann agreed it could be shifted and/or rotated 12 feet. Ms Beh rman requested a modification of the Notice of Intent t include the shed, as it was agreed the Doctor' s request was reasonable. She asked if any land- scaping and- scaping changes were planned. x Mr. Burgmann was unaware of any changes as the work to be done is Within the footprint and will be done by hand . Ms . Beh rman suggested conditioning- that specified trees remain. Mr. Burgmann stated that would not be a problem.. Request for Determination of Applicability for construction of Wintergreen Road and assoc- iated s c- iated drainage falls within Seabrook Pines 'subdi tsion. Approval on the 25 lot cluster subdivision was received on January 7, 1987. The site contains 9. 1 acres of open space, 8.7 of which will be deeded over to the Town of Mashpee to serge as a link for the trail system. The wetland is located on lots 13 and 14 and i s oo square feet. It does not contain six inches of water at any one time during a year and does not have l acne land area . It is a depression with no inlet or outlet. It does serve to hold flood water which eventually seeps back to ground water. There is no plan to fi l 1 this area . There is sufficient area n the lot to put a home and septic and well without disturbing the wetland. Ms Behrman questioned whether any deed assurances were planned to ensure that the depression would not be filled durIng construction . Mr. O 'Connell stated when the lot is sold, If any development is planned close to the wetland they would have to cane before the commission. He further ad- v i sed the drainage easement goes around the wetland and protects i t. There are homeowners associations established with covenants that would incorporate a maintenance schedule for -the cleaning out of the catch basins on a regular basis. M r. Bu rgr�ann stated his firm designed the drainage system which is configured in this manner as -John had reviewed the original plans and suggested this method might lessen any erosion impact.
