She stated they would also like to make the <br /> Commission aware of the urgency to the completion of the proposed storage <br /> shed. <br /> Ms. Behrman stated there 1s a written stipulation that a siltation <br /> screen be placed along the edge of the water during the operations on the <br /> sands. <br /> Mr. Rosenburrg suggested after the issuance of thisnotice of intent, <br /> that the Parc Committee file with this Commission a "Notice of Intent" on <br /> a yearly basis. <br /> Nor* Behrman commented that a maintenance plan should be submitted to <br /> this commission so that we may attach an "Order of conditions" with it, to <br /> be kept on file. <br /> VOTE: Motion rude and seconded to Issue a Negative Determination to John ' s <br /> Pond Park Committee. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of Jure 1 , 1987, <br /> as written. <br /> 1 - Michael Moskowitz - Request for a determination of applicability <br /> on a proposal to enclose an existing open porch at 101 Summersea Road. <br /> Ms. Behrman stated a letter has been received dated dune 10, 1987 in <br /> which is enclosed a copy of the original request and a check in the 6mount <br /> of $15.50. <br /> Mr. Varkonda stated the project is rather simple and recommended a <br /> negative dEtrmination of app,l icabi 1 ity, He stated there will be a minimum <br /> of footing work in the front however, will be away from the water. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a Negative Determination of <br /> Applicability to Michael Moskowitz. <br /> 8:20 - Stephen Fireman _ 151 Waterline Drive <br /> Mr. Varkonda stated the original order of conditions was issued to <br /> the previous owners by error. He requested a neer order of conditions be <br /> re-issued to Mr. Fireman. <br /> Nis. Marsters suggested a new order of conditions be issued and the <br /> original be located and re-called. <br />
