Ms Behrman stated it is a very well vegetated bank. A storm flood with a goad wind will destabilize the bank and erode this property and the. aiutt ing. This is on the 7 -ft. -contour, one below the wetland. Mr. Rosenberg stated they are within one foot of the elevation of the edge of the wetland and are running an entire structure at 15 . Ms Hanscom stated the stones and walkwao are going even closer* Mr. Clark stated, in talking with Scott McAskill , he was of the opinion this was something she wanted continued as they would be happy o eliminate -it. Lisa stated she had asked, as the stone was not shown on the plans of the existing deck. if they were planning to do the same thing. MS Behrman stated it appears the lot coverage has been .doubled between the deck And-addition. This will cover as much as the existing dwelling. Mr. Rosenberg suggested sw i regi ng the addition around to get it of f the bank which -will be destroyed as they are ' i th in 1 - 13 feet. Ms Behrman suggested they also cut the deck -back . 'A r.. 'Burnes asked if cutting the deck down would serve -the same purpose. Ms Behrman stated the Board' of Health advised no plans had been s b- mitted to them and Thr . Clark advised they were submitted recently. The -Commission was in agreement the deck should be moved .ba - -away from the 8 ft. contour. Ms Hanscom suggested the project.- be kept t the- original size of. the guest house'. Proposed is a dock into P pponesset Creek similar to all the others in the area with an overall length of 45 feet extending out into the dater a distance of 32 feet . A photo was shown= The dock is shorter than those on both sides . The Board of Appeals: has given approval and Shellfish and the Harbormaster had no objections as the area- As already populated with docks. P s Hanscom stated during an ori--site it was noted there is a large area of Frasmities that extends back to the deck . There is beach grass under the deck and a pathway going down to the beach .
