Conservation Commission November 17, 1987 Page 2. Ms Behrman stated a request for aendent in writing, two copies of plans and a telephone number - of meon responsible to contac should there be any concerns , prior to conditioning, CONTINUED PENDING RECEIPTOF -REQUESTED MATERIAL, TO BE CONSIDERED CLOSED UPON RECEIPT ORDER OF CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS. - Ronald Carpe Wm. . arwi ck To construct and maintain an addition , deck and above around pool onto ars existing dwelling at Lot 65 Waterway. - Chris Clark and Fred Giampi tro, Architect presenting. Mr'. Giampietro stated most of the pool is above ground, but it is shallow, ' feet deep, 3 feet above ground to the surface of the deck .so i t wi 11 - be necessary to go in the ground at one end by two feet. M,s Behrman .stated this will require modification #of the Notice of Intent. Mr., Clark stated not shown on the plans presented tonight but on the plans submitted are a row of staked habales as a construction buffer and strick Limit of activity, 6 feet from the edge of the deck . Con- cerning the question of any existing order of conditions, it was stated there was none. Mr . Clark stated the lot is deep and the pool only 17 feet . Not shown on this plan but shown on the site plan is a d ywell to be constructed to take cane of roof drainage and in the event the pool does have to be emptied , it will go into the drywell . Mr . Burris questioned the filter and Mr. Gia Pietro stated the filter does not require backashing. Mr. Burns requested -that pool design information be provided. Mr. Clark seated they will submit a letter requesting to modify the Notice of Intent and wilLinclude the information on the non-backwash system. There was discussion of a tree with exposed roots. Ms Behrman stated it will be necessary to put in the Order of Conditions that existing debris be removed and the tree replaced. Mrs. Ferriday asked how the deck will be supported and Mr. Clark advised on Sono tubes. She requested they be located on the p,1lan . Mr. Coffey asked if they will bean the pool with the out.dig or haul it away. Mr . Gia rpietro stated they will haul it offsite and close in the bottom of the deck with lattice work. A comment from the Board of health was read ; No new .se tic plan received or approved . Title V system required . Mr. Clark statd he sent a letter dated November 6 , 1987.
