Henry -- Corbett Corp. Request for Determination of Applicability
on a proposal to construct a dwelling with garage, breezeway, deck and septic sys-
tem
ys-
e at Lot 19 Rachelle Court, Assessor's Map No. 37, Plot 48.
Lisa explained that when filed, an RDA and Notice of Intent were included, the
RDA was advertised.
Mr, Corbett stated a change was made in the plans; hayba l es have been pulled
further up the bank and must be 45 feet from the property line due to a
covenant. Initially this was a master plan by the developer for septic tanks
and wells, submitted to the Board of Health, and which received approval .
They agreed the master plan could be changed but they requested a. letter,
which was accepted. There is a drainage ea serpent which Lisa did not want
the septic near. In locating the house, they are attempting to ride a knoll .
i This is a panelized house due to arrive on May 23. Building permits are closed
on May 1 .
Mrs, Jacobson advised it would not be ready under an Order of Conditions with
21 days to issue and the io day appeal period.
Ms Behrman questioned the stake for the proposed well . Mr. Corbett advised the
easement is riding on the top of the hill . she asked if it would be possible
to rove the house back; move the garage over and bring the breezeway off at
slant.
Mrs. Ferriday stated if it were back 10 feet, it would be just off the lip and
100 feet from the buffer zone.
Ms Behran suggested with only feet in the buffer zone, if the RDA were
worded properly,, the Commission could make a finding which would speed things
up.
Nor;. Corbett agreed with the suggestion to rotate the house and- to try to come
back 10 feet. He will contact Mr. Henry and will meet with Lisa.
Mrs. Ferriday stated it should be stipulated they won't be doing any pruning
or cutting.
CONTINUED To MAY 5 - 8:15 AS AN RDA.
