Baxter' stated he does not have an answer re volume of storage. <br /> They are not looking to put in any detention areas. There -is a larger <br /> area leaching into the ground than what is being allowed to pass <br /> through. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated he is concerned with the design criteria; the <br /> culverts are designed for a 50 year storm but a 10 year design on the <br /> waterways. Also, someone is under an order to hake changes in the road <br /> and there is a distinct possibility changes would be made that alter <br /> this flow, up or down. <br /> Mr. Baxter stated the design for the road would be the same as Noisy <br /> Hole Road design which is a 10 year storm. <br /> Mr. Ki rrane stated every goad approved by the Planning Board is the <br /> same. <br /> Lisa advised Charles Rowley suggested, on another site involving the <br /> wetland, that they use the 25 year storm. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg again stated concern with the problem of dumping <br /> hater gets on the road surface right into the wetland without any <br /> traps. <br /> Mr. Baxter stated they could offer some type of treatment before <br /> discharge into the wetlands . <br /> CONTINUED TO JULY 289 1 , <br /> F <br /> 7: 45 - Colonial Cas (Coastal Engineering) To install a gas gain along <br /> the south side of Route 151 within the road layout.
