He is not aware of the plan of the water company. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it would be helpful for the Commission to ono <br /> where the DPW wants this pipe to go before allowing then to go ahead <br /> and do it. <br /> Mr. Dowling suggested this could be done in an Order of Conditions. <br /> VOTE* Motion made and seconded to continue pending receipt of <br /> requested information. A lot of erosion is happening down in this area also and <br /> until we can get. . . there' s no vegetation ion or anything to hold any of <br /> that sand. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated there are no footings either on the lower wall . <br /> The sand is leading out underneath the wall . <br /> Mr. Dovoni stated the reason it is leafing out is this retaining wall <br /> that gent, once that could be repaired, the height of this wall will <br /> be up on those timbers probably -1 feet. What originally happened, <br /> own this lot next door also; these elevations approximately <br /> correspond to my property.
