We had a letter* from Town
Counsel stating that we would get the teras and conditions, then it
came up that a different plot plan was needed so he had the plot plan
redone.
Lisa stated when doing an on-site, there was a lot more there than was
proposed and an updated plan was requested of exactly what was there
and exactly what was proposed to be done on the site.
Mr. ov oni stated the longer we let it go, the worse it is going to
be.
Mrs. Jacobson stated bearing in mind on course that it never should
have been. Pyr. ovoni said it should have built, maybe in different
way. Mrs. Jacobson stated if it had come to this- commission in the
first place, it would.
Mrs. Ferriday asked what it i s, exactly, - that he would like to-,do at
this point.
i r. Govoni stated he would like to get in the landscaping. They want
to put plants in or any modification to try to hold the sand from
getting any worse than it is now.
Mrs. Ferriday asked if this was sod and he stated this was all sod at
one time. She asked if he planned to put sod in there and he stated
he did.
Mrs. Jacobson asked if he will be puttinS more fill in there and he
said no. She then asked if he were going ' to put the sod on the ground.
Er. Govoni stated they would have to bring in the topsoil ; the fill is
basically all there.
Mrs. Jacobson asked how much fill was put in there; it is not shown
anywhere. She stated it is obvious there is a great deal of fill .
r# Govoni stated he could not guess as he really does not know.
Mrs. Feraiday asked for the name of the people who - did the work
Mr. Govoni stated he could get that from Dave Harrington; he did not
do it, he got involved with this at the end.
Mrs. Ferriday asked if he would look that up as the Commission would
like the information about the fill . Pyr. Govoni agreed,
Mrs. Jacobson stated, in this plan l see stairs down here; isn' t there
another set of stains* The things do come on an angle.
