Ms Asms asked what difference it is going to make if you take out these two piles and*disturbing everything by taking them out. Then yourre going to pond them in 4 again vs gust putting in two. Mrs. Simmons stated because that is going to be there season after season. Ms Asmus asked what does that hurt? Mrs. Simmons stated, we don't know. Mrs. Epstein asked what if it was smaller-, it would still give room to rove the boat forward and if that's too much, what would be acceptable? Mrs. Simmons stated to do away with that float and rake one float that's a little larger than what you have here. Mr. O'Neill asked if the Commission was suggesting a float 1-112 times larger. Mrs, Simmons stated no, not that large, j st adding a couple of feet. Ms Beh man stated they have a float that's adequate for a certain size boat and i-t's like having a small garage and buying a 10 wheel truck. She asked about the dock applied for nearby. Ms Asmu s stated they originally wanted to do it on the corner of the property line h i h they objected to, so she believes they have roved i t. Ms Beh rman stated that would be bringing their dock closer to them. Ms Asmucs stated there is nothing there yet, but she still thinks it is further away than this one. Nis ehrman' old Mrs. Epstein she should have her engineer plot that site. Mr. Rosenberg stated should be ont'irued as the Commission could end p in a sit- uation o having to turn down the other one later because of this extra 16 feet. Nis Behr~man stated she believes a permit has been granted for the other one, Toyias, and it should be plotted by the engineer. Mrs. Marsters stated it should go to the Carps of Engineers. Mr. Kirrane stated the Commission had asked for time to review the requested inform- ation presented at the previous hearing. The Commission had also indicated it would be appropriate for the applicant to obtain h i s subd i v i s i n control approval from the Planning Board at which time the Commission would subsequently render a decision o issue an order of Conditions. The permitting sought pursuant to the subdivision control law is not the type permitting that necessitates non-action by the Board until granted. He referred the Board to 310 CMR, Sect. 1 g. , Sub-section 4. � visa stated she had no problem with the runoff drainage calculation but did have with the replication part and bringing in plants from the upland area to be used in the replicated areas. M . Baxter stated if there isn't enought plants within the area to be filled in, they would go to upland areas and select the proper species to make up the d i f eren i f required. Lisa pointed out the stock plants ventioned are known to take much better. That is her- ony concern with the revegetatin plan. If the put in sonething that doesn't survive, then they have go back in with equipment and disturb everything.
