He apologized for some of the delay's. ..- <br /> From <br /> ela s. .From August to SEptember some revision's were made and taken to ' the <br /> town engineer who wanted to see revisions . They made the revisions <br /> under his supervision and the plan before the commission is 'as <br /> result. <br /> It was noted no letter was received from Charles Rowley and Mr. Cauley <br /> stated he did not request one. <br /> Mr . Rowley wanted to see the volume calculations charged and a <br /> temporary patch which was-. a---technical detail to show road improvements <br /> after construction. He also warted to see the overlay done in the <br /> springtime and he requested they make volume changes which resulted in.-- <br /> an additional leaching pit , the third. Improvements are shown, not to <br /> encumber anyone else' s property, specifically lots 16 and 23. They dick <br /> not want to encumber lots 14 and 15 any more than ne-cessary. Because <br /> of th-e-.,;electric tansformer ,, they revised their pian to create a <br /> drainage easelment. Mr. Rowley reviewed this and requested a further <br /> modification to the- basin to keep it further away from the ground', <br /> water and proposed to low?-&r the basin. <br /> Mrs. Simmonsasked i f that j s f o,--20- a 25 ye..-H.r storm and was told that is <br /> correct, Mr . Rowley did not like the technique they used but kept the <br /> 2 <br /> 5 year storm event. Landers Cauley stated he cannot- comment about the Mashpee River, <br /> In his last discussion with the attorney, he said the a8reement he <br /> sent to the Commission in letter fora stating Mr. Sullivan will donate <br /> $5, 000 still stands, in -his opinion. <br /> He would like to get the board' s approval with Charles Rowley # s <br /> blessing, that this is a reasonable desi8n and resolve the drainage <br /> issue re directing discharge into Mashpee River. <br /> Mrs . Simmons stated the commission would wart a letter from Charles <br /> Rowley and a letter from ERnie Virgilio* There has to be something in <br /> his File on the reward of their meeting. <br /> g <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated he has a problem with lot 15* Where is a slope <br /> with a low point going from 84 down to 0; what i' s coming off the road <br /> i!± coming here . <br /> [fir . There are <br /> two basins corrected via pipe . if one basun should flood , it will be <br />: transferred underground via pipe to the other basin. Once it gets into <br /> the manholes, these two basins are going to be catch basins .
