Dave Sanioki presenting, Mary Marsters stood down. Mr. Sanicki stated. the project t was reviewed at the previous hearing on November l #. 1988,,, -The original Order was for an addition to a - . . dwellin& and new septic. The septic was installed and it was decided the dwellin,S was not worth renovating and. it is preferred --to- raze the house and construct another footprint. There was concern by the Commission that abutters were not notified.- and the footprint was a ---- eeded. Abutters have been notified and. receipts were presented. It. was noted there was no one present in. the audience for this hearing. There were no questions or comments. HEARING- CLOSED, ORDER OF CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS. After many questions raised. b .a comparison.- of plans-,- i,t was ascertained the incorrect plan was being reviewed and the correct plan was located. Mr. Lindholm asked perimission- to 8o over the six specific items re- quested of them at the last hearing. He advised there are additional interests worked out by Tina Baylog ie pulling slopes further away; providing additional buffer, all beyond the scope of information re- quired. 1 . Mr. Lindho-lm asked- Tina if she were aware of . any other chances, - other than the planting. She stated this was shortened up some and the fill was -cut Mr. Coffey asked how much less fill?
