Burgmann for his opinion of the wall , He <br /> stated he has not seen it in person but it serves the purpose as <br /> a retainer for the pool . <br /> . The order of Conditions says you can do what is <br /> on the plan and if ,you were to come in for a certificate of Compliance , <br />�. <br /> we would take the plan out and say yes or no based on whether what we <br /> saw there was on the plan . When we see what ' s there isn ' t on the plan , <br /> we need something in writing from you requesting the change . <br />{ 1r. Burgmann -agreed to request a change to conform to the new plan . <br /> Mr . The Commission asked for this to be brought up to date , once and for <br /> all . if it ever cores that there. is something put in here without <br /> permission , he will rake the notion that an order to remove it , <br /> summarily , regardless of it ' s merit , be issued . If it ever happens <br /> again , it would be his feeling it is someone thumbing his nose at <br /> the Commission . He stated this is his personal position . <br /> `. Burgmann stated , if it does happen again , he is entitled to <br /> whatever he gets . They will provide a letter stating the driveway <br /> complies with the original order of conditions although the dimen- <br /> sions are changed and any other changes between plans will be ex- <br /> plained in the cover letter . <br />
