Cariglia to <br /> Gertrude Simmons , Chairperson and a copy of a letter to the <br /> Building Inspector of the same date , February 28 , 1989 . <br /> 8 : 00 Robert I . Farianon stated when the area was staked in the field it was <br /> determined it would cause less disturbance to move the replicated <br /> wetland as machinery would access it more easily . <br /> MS Behrman suggested proving it to another side of the pond and was <br /> told that was not their property . <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if the proposed area is completely out of sight <br /> from any travelled way or dwelling . Mrs . Farinon stated it is near <br /> the walking pater . <br /> s- Behrman pointed out the path is nearly in the wetland with a <br /> potential for erosion . She asked what is happening to the veget- <br /> ation <br /> eget- <br /> ation that was reproved that was to be reserved . <br /> Mrs . Far i non stated when she flagged the wetland two ,years ago , the <br /> ground water was a very high water table . She was actually flagging <br /> the edge of water, It was not a true bordering vegetated wetland <br /> but an area where there was standing water so there was not a lot <br /> of vegetation to take out . <br />
