Also , she questioned if this constituted a change in the
buffer area and they are altering the Buffer area that by special
permit is supposed to be undisturbed . she felt this would have to
. be discussed with the Planning Board before the Commission could
give final approval .
Mr . Coffey asked if they were planning to do more than twice as much
replication as was taken out , Mrs . Farinon stated yes , they were
proposing to put in more . They will be nursery species .
Mrs . Farinon advised this was brought up by herself and Jim Ingram
of Bartlett Tree Experts to Edgerton , Edgerton did not come to them
and tell them to spend $3000 . and move the replicated area but they
have been cooperative to allow this to be done .
Ms Beh man asked the type of equipment to be used and why less of
an impact over the other area?
Mrs . Farinon stated the path is less defined .
It was noted the commission had been told when they were doing the
road the crane would be brought in and everything done with the
' crane .
The new plan was shown to members of the audience and Mrs , Farinon
explained the replicating process . She advised the area to be
replicated is 439 s q . ft .
A member of the audience stated the damage has been done and the
one they propose to move to would be more visible .
Nis Behrman read from the original application Item #2 concerning
heavy equipment .
Mr , Rosenberg asked if the original approved area could be excavated
from the road as stated in the ori
