Susan Asmus presented <br /> abutter receipts . She advised Board of Health approval is <br /> awaiting verification by the Commission of the line . <br /> Ms Behrman stated It has 'been the Board ' s policy forr the past <br /> four years that the Conservation is the last to act . <br /> Mrs . Marsters suggested in the past someone has been hired at the <br /> applicant ' s expense and this might be a solution to the problem <br /> in cases where questionable . <br /> Ms Asmus stated they are saying , you go out .and you agree with the <br /> flagged wetland l i ne 'that the applicant has given you . <br /> Ms Deh rman stated most engineers don ' t flag tyre wetland lines . <br /> Mrs . Simmons suggested until this is straightened out , the hearing <br /> should be continued . <br /> Mrs . Jacobson asked if the septic was in and Ms Asmus stated only <br /> the test pit . Mrs . Jacobson stated it was one big test pit , <br /> exactly the sane shape . <br /> Ids Asmus stated it is proposed to construct ar 476 sq . ft . addition <br /> to an existing dwelling . The foundation will be a. crawl space . <br /> It will be within 66 feet of the wooded swamp , The bedrooms will <br /> remain at three ; septic will be upgraded . The existing cesspool <br /> will be pumped dray and backfilled with sand . A wooden deck i <br /> proposed on the backside of the house to be constructed on wooden <br /> posts placed in hared dug holes . Drywells and ha bales are proposed <br /> and revegetation of any disturbed areas . Existing patio and deck <br /> is to be removed and disposed of . Haybales should coincide with <br /> the 14 foot contour . <br /> .s. Dehrman stated brush on the site should be cleared from the <br /> vernal pool areas , together with litter * <br /> CLOSED PENDING BOARD OF HEALTH APPROVAL , ORDER OF CONDITIONS <br /> WITHIN 21 DAYS AFTER . <br />
