Conservation Commission June 1 , 1989 Page 12 . Ms DeKimpe stated they were part ofthe construction of the revetment . Susan Asmus of Warwick Assoc . stated they did the work up until this point and she believed the work was done at the same time the home was constructed . Mr . Rosenberg stated that would be impossible ,, 'it , would have been in the Notice of Intent for the swimming pool which was at least one year after the hone was completed . Ms Asmus stated the hone and swimming pool were filed as one notice ; they went through several revisions . Mr . Rosenberg asked her if she was aware of the enforcement activities which went on with this Commission because of the swimming pool and she stated she was not aware . He asked her if she was saying , on behalf of Wm . Warwick Associates , that this electrical work and the catch basin and drain were put in at the time the house was constructed? Ms Asmus said no , she was saying that ' s what exists new . He put thea in n his own volition ; he never asked permission to do any of them* 1r . Rosenberg asked again , when was the work done? Ms Asmus stated she does not know . Mr . Rosenberg stated the commission went through a whole series of Enforcement orders with this man with respect to doing work without permits and then finally , there ws . n acoodation with respect to some of that work . Now , for the benefit of the Commission , he is asking whether or not this work was done subsequent to the settlement of those enforcement orders with respect to the swimming pool ? is this additional work which was done after that time? Without applic- ation to the Commission? Ms Belimpe stated she believes so . Ms. Asmus stated that would be her answer also . Mr . Rosenberg stated the Commission is now faked with another applic - ation to legalize something done without application to 'the Commission , without the filing of a Notice of Intent . Ms Delimpe stated yes . Mr . Sherman staff he has seem the property and spoken with Lisa who thought the idea of the drainage pipe was a reasonably good idea . She did not mention that she thought the electrical lines at the top of the coastal bank were necessary or desirable . He asked the purpose of the wires . Ms 'Deiimpe stated they were just for lighting . Mrs . Simmons advised these were not for 12 volt , they are regular exterior . Mr . Burns asked if Mr . Sherman had seen the pipe to feet up from the beach and he stated he had pictures . Mr , Rosenberg asked if this drains onto the beach and into the sound? Mr . Sherman stated Lt drains over the revetment .
