IV Conservation Commission June 15 , 1989 Page 1 . Mr . Burns stated it is above the revetment , not corning out f the revetment , Ms DeKi pe stated she believes it is on the top of the revetment . Mr , Rosenberg stated the plan i s not accurate and asked if she was saying this does not represent the configuration-. s Asmus stated she believes it is in the middle of the rip-rap and [fir . Burns disagreed . Ms D Kimpe stated it is 4 ft . , coming out , a black pipe . Mr . Burns added , and it is hanging above the revetment ,, not in the revetment . Ms Del ipe stated it is not fixed i n concrete . Mr . Rosenberg asked if this was New Seabury ' s land and was told it was . He continued , this is not Mr , Nirenbeg ' s land and he has installed a drain pipe a.nd we are being asked to permit it s De impe stated yes . She is sure he would be willing to have it roved over onto his actual property . Mr . Burns asked about the fence blocking the right of wary? Mrs .. Simmons stated it is out of the purview of the Commi.ssion but. he has an illegal fence up there . Mr . Rosenberg asked if they want to file a revised plan or stand on this orae? Nis DeKi mpe stated if it ' s necessary • Mr . Rosenberg stated it isn ' t a case of necessity , 'it ' s up to what she warts to do . Ms DeKimpe stated she believes they have put the drain pipe in the wrong spot. on the diagram . . 1r . Rosenberg asked if she wanted the Commission to act on this plan or does she want to file another plan . The final plan will be refer- enced in the order of Conditions . Ms Delimpe stated she will submit a reprised plan . . Coffey asked the quantity of water flowing through the pipe be submitted and the point of information that it is not low voltage wiring on the bank . He stated he is very uncomfortable with many aspects of this . The Commission should know if the catch basin has been properly installed , the pipes sealed . There is no evidence of what ' s there . If moved , that would be yet another impact . HEARING To BE CLOSED UPON RECEIPT of A REVISED PLAN .
