Jacobson stated one of his pictures shows where it tore up about <br /> 10 feet of humus . <br /> Mr . Coffey stated the issue is not whether some damage is done when a <br /> trail is rude , that is a given , the issue to be addressed is whether <br /> it 1s an impact on the environment . <br /> Mr . Marrsters stated the committee deserves a lot of credit for assembling <br /> it , maintaining it and improving it . They would like to see trails in the <br /> land they are donating . He understands Mr, Burns ' s concern about the <br /> 100 feet but hopes some trails will be allowed in areas to allowacres <br /> to the beautiful view . <br /> Mrs . Simmons stated the Commission will look into it and will contact <br /> Mrs . Ferrrragammo when the paperwork is reviewed . <br /> Mr . Coffey suggested any members of the public who would like to be <br /> advised of the results leave their nares with the secretary . <br /> Mr . Sherman started if he had been asked for an opinion if this was a <br /> formal request for an RDA , it would have been a negative determination . <br />
