The pool is now shown entirely beyond the 11 foot contour. All the other information requested has been previously filed. It keeps the pool out of the ACEI but does slightly encroach on the 100 year flood elevation. That is a coastal flood od l anti n and' is a proverbial "drop in the bucket" when talking about displacing f1oodwaters.
