Mr. Sherman recommended a decision be made on the stairs when the filing i s received on the dock. REMISED REGULATIONS: ENforcement to start as of July 1 , 1990. VOTE: Motion made and seconded that enforcement of the revised regulations begin as of July 1 , 1990, BOARD OF HEALTH: Regulations for setback for septic distances are being prepared.
