Kelley stated the shed has fallen down, everything else is the same. <br /> It was agreed photos would be provided with a profile sketch. fir. Ke l l e agreed <br /> to put dimensions on the pla-n with the approximate distance to the water and <br /> initial the amendments. This to be sera to DEP also, <br /> Mrs. Simmons questioned seed rear the retaining wall and asked if it was grass's <br /> Ir. Kelley advised his contractor stated some type of grass would be acceptable. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated ground cover will be conditioned. Mr. Kelley agreed. <br /> The photos were added to the f i 1 e. <br /> CLOSED ORDER OF CONDITIONS IN 21 DAB'S. <br /> 8:30 CHARLES W. B KLER to rove 18 cubic yards of masonry sand from parking <br /> area to base of bank and restoration of surface at 182 Wheeler Road. Mr. Ekl er <br /> presented abutter receipts. The sand was proved to the ground at the bottom of <br /> the bank where it was spread out to a depth of 3-4 inches. An enforcement order <br /> was issued. <br /> Mr, Sherman advised Mr, E kler has been very cooperative and has taken steps to <br /> mitigate sone of the damage done. <br /> Ms Behrman expressed concern with erosion into Ashumet Pond. <br /> Concerning a trench, Mr. Sherman asked if Mr. Eck l er intends to fill it in and <br /> revegetate it. The house has no gutters and is causing runoff; sheeting comes <br /> to both sides. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated there is considerable drainage onto the property net door. <br /> Also, there is debris to the north side of the property on the bank which should <br /> be removed. 1 hen removed,, this will show the amount of erosion that has taken <br /> place. <br /> Mr. Burns suggested digging a hole in the parking area and putting in a drywll <br /> or french drain. He also suggested gutters on each side of the house to drywe l l s. <br /> Mr. Eckler felt some regrading would be necessary. <br /> Ms Behrman stated the filing of a landscape plan will be conditioned. <br /> . Sherman suggested the French drain be installed immediately and a rev g <br /> etation plan be submitted in the spring or staked haybales be placed at the <br /> edge of the parking lot for the winter and he return in the spring. <br /> Mr. Burns felt the haybales should be put roadside, in a "U" serape. <br /> CLOSED -- HAYBALES TO BE INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY, TO BE CONDITIONED THAT A <br /> PLAITING BLAB DB SUBMITTED IN THE SPRING. <br /> 8:45 MICHAEL SCDLAVINO. Continued to November; 1 - 7:30 at the request of <br /> the applicant. Mr. Sherman to check with the Building Inspector. Orris <br /> Costa has been given a list of the deviations. <br />
