Ms Behrman asked if a ground cover could be put on the fill for the winter. Mrs. Maguire stated where the fill is right now could never get to the stream becauses it S's and there is woods between. M . Coffey asked if they had gutters and downspouts on the back of the house and was told they have. Mr. Sherman stated he did not see any problem with the existing fill . Ms Behrman advised a positive finding would have to be rude on the RDA as existing. She suggested they withdraw everything within the 10 ft. area. Nor.
