i <br /> Conservation Commission <br /> October 19, 1989 <br /> Page 6. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky agreed to provide the Commission with the owner of record, as of <br /> tomorrow morning <br /> Ms Behrran asked the size of the stone for the rip-rap and was told two ton stones, <br /> it is 4 feet high. sire asked that the dimensions of the deck e put on the plan. <br /> Information required: Amount of fill proposed; owner of record; vegetation plan; <br /> proposed compensatory plantings for the Beech tree.. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested requiring replanting of some American Beech trees. <br /> Mrs. Walsh advised the tenant was told a new deck is to be put on underneath where <br /> the two walkout basement doors are. <br /> Ms Behran stated any further construction should not take place unless there is <br /> proper notification to this Board. She suggested a memo be sent to the Building <br /> Inspection to that effect and that care should be taken with issuance of Building <br /> Permits. <br /> Mr. De rosiers asked if the retaining wall was existing and was told it is; it is <br /> 2 ft. high with one tie below grade. <br /> Ms Beh man stated the Commisison would like to see what is proposed on the planting <br /> of more than one reasonable size Beech trees, specifically American Beech. <br /> CONTINUED To NOVEMBER 30 - 8:00. <br /> oo ROBERT NAF I I AH for a Determination of Applicability on an after--the-fact <br /> filing for the repair of a shed and hand labor installation of eight sonotube <br /> foundation at Lot 11 Wheeler Road. <br /> Charles Spohr presented abutter receipts. The information for the shed is from the <br /> Assessor's computer. It was built in 1986 and valued at $700. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the shed is within the buffer zone. He questioned the use of <br /> the shed. <br /> Mr. Spohr advised the shed is listed as for Beaching and fishing. r. I ah i g i an <br /> is an ardent conservationist and wants it for fishing; he has a small boat. The <br /> house is rented and according to the bud ding department, as long as he doesn't <br /> cook or sleep in the shed, there is no violation. <br /> It was noted the existing well and cesspool are in violation. <br /> Mr. Spohr advised the house is on 1 .30 acres, there is no heat in it. There is <br /> 0 <br /> one bath, one living ursit, 6 rooms. The existing well to the existing cesspool <br /> is less than 25 ft. Mr. Nahigian stated after the RDA, he will put in a new <br /> Title V system. This has been submitted to the Board of Health. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he and Mr. Spohr will go out and determine the wetland <br /> delineation and a Notice of Intent will be filed. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated the plan shoves septic inverts coming from both buildings to the <br /> proposed septic system. Mr. Spohr stated that was correct. Mr. Coffey asked if <br /> that was an existing situation and was told it wasn't, it went into a cesspool shown <br /> on the pian. <br />
