There were no comments. 14 Plans cited as the plan of record on Rage 5-3B of the Order of conditions will include any plot plans, site plans, septic system plans and/or landscaping plans, as applicable. No Comments. (15) When the Commission requests further plans and/or other information in order to obtain complete information to carry out its st tuatory role in Requests for Determination of Applicability (RDA's) and Notices of Intent (NOIls) , the following shall apply: (a) When plans and/or information supplied with an RDA are deemed by the Commission to lack sufficient information with which to render a proper decision, the Commission may: (1 ) continue the hearing (with the permission of the applicant, either written or expressed at the RDA hearing) to a date certain, so as to allow the applicant sufficient time to obtain/prepare the information required by the Commission. (2) If the applicant does not give permission for a continuance, or fails to appear, issue a positive determination. (b) When plans and/or information supplied with a Notice of Intent are deemed by the commission to lack sufficient information with which to render a proper decision, the Commission may require ,that information. Notice of Intent hearings thus affected will be closed upon the next available hearing date (following receipt' of such plans) after review and/or acceptance i of said plans and/or information. If (at that hearing the plans/information supplied is determined to be complete in teras of furnishing the commission with the needed information, an order of Conditions wil-1 be issued within 21 days of said hearing or within such later time as may be agreed to by the applicant in writing.
