They propose to <br /> serve South Cape Beach and Quail Hollow for loading and unloading. They felt by <br /> putting this over the cement ramp, less damage would be dove.With one exception, <br /> the main float will extend over the cement ramp. It is 110 feet to the navigation <br /> channel . The portion on the water will be 63 ft. , 15 ft, will be on land. There <br /> will be five bets on each side. The storage area will be 130 feet from the water. <br /> Mr. Sherman pointed out if less than a 3 inch pipe is used, Chapter 91 kicks in, <br /> H suggested Mr. Gauthier call the state for this information. <br /> The float will be held by 10 ft. galvanized pipes. <br /> A letter from Dr. Richard Cushne r, speaking against the project, was read into the <br /> record. A copy to be furnished to Mr. Gauthier.. <br /> COMMENT: <br /> Ir. Sherman advised it meets the performance standards. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated it should be rade clear that chains will not be used, galvanized <br /> pipes will be used. The plan must show this. Approval was received from Board of <br /> Appeals on the pipe, not chains* <br />
