-, Conservation Commisison <br /> December 14, 1989 <br /> Page 1 . <br /> A letter from Willow Bend was received re fertilizers applied. <br /> CRANBERRY CROP: It was suggested other towns with bogs be contacted for information <br /> on their leases and amounts charged. Theme was discussion of documenting cost in- <br /> creases. The Cranberry Experimental Station has suggested a town employee manage <br /> the bogs. <br /> It was noted the town gets 25 of the barrel price. A review i s doe in January. <br /> meeting with the bog operators is to be held on December 19 at 1 :00 p.m. <br /> GREAT HAY NOMINEE TRUST: A letter Brom Assistant Town Counsel to the Planning <br /> Board was read concerning an open space land transfer. The Commission never voted <br /> to accept this lard. <br /> A memo to be seat to the Planning Board that the Commission would be interested in <br /> accepting this. <br /> Mr. Coffey advised it is a very small chunk of marsh they cannot do anything with <br /> but at some point could be an egress for Buff l ehead Bay. <br /> Mir. Sherman to disucss with Town Planner. <br /> DANIEL'S ISLAND IMPROVEMENT,, order of conditions issued - to be held pending receipt <br /> of bond or letter of credit by the association to the town. Charles Rowley to be <br /> consulted. <br /> GEORGE REN: order of conditions issued. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATIONS: Mercier and Lagad i nos/Tay l'or. <br /> LOUIS SOU A: Enforcement order ratified. <br /> OFFICE MOVE: There was discussion of moving back to the downstairs office being <br /> proposed. Concern was raised with the asbestos. Mr. Coffey stated the Commission <br /> is on record as objecting. A letter to be sent. <br /> SABATIA: Payment is still outstanding for Bufflehead Bay. Norman Hayes to be <br /> contacted and a letter sent to New Seabu . <br /> NIRENBER : A letter from town counsel was read. Mr. Sherman to check with DEP <br /> to see if a decision is coming down. <br /> MIRRIONE CORP. : Enforcement order issued for Lots 45, 46A, 105 for work begun <br /> . prior to the issuance of an order of Conditons. <br /> Fora and Content for a letter to those parties who have a pending enforcement <br /> order with no action on their part approved by Town Counsel . <br /> There being no further business to cone before the Commission, meeting was <br /> adjourned at 11 .35 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Diana M.
