Baker added that redevelopment or development should not increase the <br /> amount of ren-off of any lot, the Town would be..`ahead.of=the game." . <br /> The Vice Chair said that it would conflict with New Seabuiry special perni ts, <br /> Mr. Baker said a rain garden would be built,but the Vice Chair repeated that it <br /> would be in conflict with special permits. <br /> The Chairman said that there should be some give and take,regarding the zoning. <br /> Mr. Baker and members of the BRCC then discussed the problems of grandfather <br /> zoning and wastewater run off from dwellings,that it"Predated modern technology,"the <br /> Mice Chair said and"No neighborhood is immune," added the Chair. - <br /> W Baker said one of the problems was how to fund wastewater.
