When the re- <br /> quisition <br /> e- <br /> guisition for these items comes in, all the costs to the town for the site work <br /> will be known. <br /> Ellis stated on Friday he will have the clerk of the Works analyze the position <br /> of the job at that time, catalogue what has been done and has yet to be done <br /> and advise the committee. He will supervise Ernie Virgilio and Mr. Virgilio <br /> will supervise the worm. <br /> John Wyl 1 i e advised the committee the clerk will not- be on the job tomorrow. <br /> Mr. Cartier arrived and Ellis informed him of wham had transpired. He stated <br /> he would be happy to help in the area of setting up grades for the rough grading, <br /> as he felt the responsibility lies with Triple A. He stated he would give the <br /> Town 105% cooperation, He requested Mr' Virgilio set out the stakes. <br /> Mr. Cartier advised the committee he had been assu.red that the plumbing and <br /> electrical contractors will be there tomorrow, After the plumbing i s complete, <br /> the Board of Health conducts an inspection. <br /> In answer to Mr,, Re's question, he advised he has ordered heavy dirty cast iron <br /> covers as sped fi ed t There are med i urs B on the job now. He also advised there <br /> is stone on the top of the leaching pit as he dug that up today. <br /> The committee was informed the trailers were roved across the street. <br /> Concerning hardener, it was stated there is some on the north side and suffi c- <br /> i ent hardener must be spread to allow a loaded truck to drive over i t. <br /> Mr. Cartier stated Mr. Masaschi called and asked about the telegram and was <br /> told he was not aware of the telegram. Mr. Masasch i stated he would be on <br /> the job Thursday or Friday to put in -the well pit. Mr. Cartier pointed out <br /> that the fence is in and he has to get back in to extend the water line one <br /> length and the fence will make this more difficult. <br /> Chester Brown asked when the dormer will be closed i n. <br /> Jack Cartier stated it was planned to pour the second floor tomorrow, The <br /> temperature should be 45 or 50 degrees. He stated he did not want to hear <br /> from Mr, Re regarding inclement weather as the roof i s tight, he is under <br /> corer and the concrete is safe. He stated he will be pouring concrete re- <br /> gardless of the--weather. Between the stairs, the second floor and the masonry <br /> is being worked on at this moment. Block work was worked on today. He has <br /> carpenters for tomorrow. The -fisc is will go on the high roof. Pref i ni's hed <br /> panels that go above the windows will go on. He would expect the dormer will <br /> be ready Friday.. Quaker Drywall will be there tomorrow for the first floor., <br />
