The plaque has been promised for the dune 1 dedication., <br /> The rubbing must be returned immediately with 50% of the total cost. Mr. <br /> Fi orent i n i agreed to pick up the plaque at the factory when completed. <br /> VOTE: Moved and seconded to pay 1/2 payment, $985. estimated total cost <br /> to McGann Bronze Co. for the dedication plaque. Unanimous. <br /> A letter was read from Walter S. Lawrence, Credit Manager of Colonial Gas <br /> Co. to selectman Hanson requesting payment of a bill for $3,419. <br /> After discussion, the secretary was requested to review prior minutes for <br /> references made to the heat and payment. <br /> Reference was made to the minutes of December 25 wherein Ellis stated Aaron <br /> Cohen would not charge the committee for heat to the building, <br /> Ellis agreed to call Aaron Cohen concerning this letter. <br /> �t <br /> Chester Brown advised he had received two written proposals from Michael <br /> Curtin of Culligan Co. The estimate was $1700 and the actual proposal is <br /> $2557. The proposal for the drinking water system is $913. Mr. grown <br /> agreed to write a letter acknowledging receipt of their proposals and <br /> advising that other means of securing better water are being explored <br /> prior to taking further action. <br />
