Submittal Requirements <br /> Note; Motion made and seconded to adopt the revised regulations on Fresh <br /> Water Wetlands and submittal requirements. Unanious vote, <br /> AG Begs: Mr. Sherman advised he was informed by Susana Lannik that there is a <br /> problem with State Law 30A.'.18. Ile spoke with an official of the Dept. of Agric- <br /> ulture who advisbefore promulgating any regulation, an i <br /> � mpact analysis must <br /> be done which is similar to an FIR. <br /> Elizabeth Lane suggested doing it a different way, come up with some performance <br /> standards. That part of the bylaw precedes 30A 1 , <br /> The Agent will explore this with Alexandra Dawson. <br /> ITr.. Ho eyer asked, after having the hearing, won't they cal.l this subterfuge? <br /> Mr. Sherman stated Town Counsel thinks the Commission can make a ease. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked if the Selectmen are going to back the Commission? <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he is meeting with Elizabeth Lane next week. She stated a <br /> lot of the regulations adopted have no teeth in thea. He feels someone may <br /> have gotten to Town Counsel. The Commission should have a session with the <br /> Selectmen; they never supported the Commission's Nutrient Lading reg. <br /> It was agreed to find out where the Commission stands with the Selectmen. <br /> Mr. �Ib ever stated the Commission should be specific In the description of the <br /> items to be put forth at the regulations hearings. It creates a PTS problem. <br /> the way it is being done. A concerted effort should be made to get the public's <br /> support, <br /> Mr. herrian will report back to the Comidssion after his meeting with Elizabeth <br /> Lane. <br /> Mimtes <br /> Vote: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of November 1 , 1993 <br /> addendun. , December 2 and 16, 1993, and January 6 and 20, 1994 as <br /> written. <br /> Flat Pond: Notice received from New Seabury Co. that they are planning to go <br /> forward with Phase TI L of Flit Pond Subdivision.' It .wash made clear in the decision <br /> of the Planing Board.�that R they are not going to approve rove Phase II of the subdivision <br /> until it is clear that Great Flat Pond is out of the recharge area of the septics. <br /> They will have to satisfy the Co ni s s i on also, -that the impacts are not going to <br /> affect Great Flat Pond.
