Asked if a special permit from DEP was needed, Mr. Roland <br /> stated everyone must be permitted with DEP. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if this might be one of the approved systems in the new regs' <br /> It was Mr. Roland's understanding that all of the systems that are going to be <br /> approved are going to have to be registered with the State. <br />
