He asked if they <br /> would be willing to give up the lawn? Dr. Shammash would not <br /> be willing to do so . He stated this is still a small one <br /> family ranch and is used seasonally 1.0 weeks out of 52 . <br /> Ms Lannik stated the Commission cannot look at it that way. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the addition were permitted but it was <br /> conditioned that there will be no lawn, would they proceed <br /> with the original application. <br /> i <br /> Dr. Shammash stated they would; to hire, the lawn is <br /> important. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked with 6 bedrooms and the additional lawn <br /> what the figure would be for nitrogen loading` Mir. Sherman <br /> figured it to be 10 ppm. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the plan were approved, would Dr. <br /> Shammash accept the condition of doing to low impact <br /> fertilizer and provide the Commission with yearly maintenahce <br /> reports. Dr. Shammash agreed. <br /> Mr. Lopez stated getting the report is no good without <br /> recourse, <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission has heard all the <br /> information and could close upon receipt of a report from the <br /> lawn company. He told Dr. Shammash to have the lawn company <br /> contact the Commission and submit a proposal . <br /> Mr. Sanicki preferred to close and stipulate that the lawn <br /> company do as asked and no Certificate of Compliance will be <br /> issued prion to approval of that condition. This proposal is <br /> for one less bedroom and less lawn, <br /> Mr, Sherman concurred with this approach; he can run the <br /> proposal by the county Extension Service . <br /> Mr. Desrosiers felt the hearing was headed in a positive <br /> direction. <br /> Public comments were requested: none . <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to close the hearing and <br />
