Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING IN CLOSED. <br /> 7: 10 TRICO BUILDERS, 134 Algonquin Ave. , continued from June <br /> F 1994 . <br /> The wetland lime was redelneated by LEC . The septic had to <br /> he redesigned and is shown at 103 feet. Board of Health <br /> asked for verification. It has been arranged for Bob Raymond <br /> to be there with the surveyor to prove that this is 103 feet. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked about the abutting well? Mr. Sherman <br /> stated Miss Eehrman will he at the next meeting. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked for instructions to proceed which were <br /> given. <br /> CONTINUED To 14 JULY 1994 AT 8: 10 P.M. <br /> The balance of the hearings were continued to 14 July 1994 <br /> and required readvertising as the legal ads were not five <br /> days prior to the hearing. <br /> COLONIAL GAS CO. : Bob Dowling and Torn Kelly carne before the <br /> Commission to advise the gas company proposes to run gas <br /> mains off Great oak Road with wetlands involved. The water <br /> has an Order of Conditions for this same area. The question <br /> is how to go about doing a filing for this. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission can make any decision it <br /> wishes . The regs call for a Notice of Intent but the <br /> Commission can accept an RDA. All work is in Land Subject To <br /> Coastal Storm Flowage . He questioned whether the Commission <br /> would feel comfortable with an RDA due to the scope of the <br /> project. <br /> Mr. Fowling stated the water main is on the same side . <br /> Mr. Sherman stated every water main has been done as a Notice <br /> of Intent. <br /> Mr. Home er started there are no performance standards for <br /> LSCS . <br /> Ms Lannik stated it must he a Notice of Intent; it is in the <br /> same location. <br /> Mr. Green pointed to the closest areas where they already <br /> have screening up. <br /> Mr. Kelly would like to work something out to go ahead and <br /> install the gas line before any work is dome on the <br /> shoulders . A lot of the asphalt has been disturbed. There <br /> is an outstanding order of Conditions; can the Board put a <br /> second Order on the same parcel of land? <br />
