Sherman agreed and added that it will be conditioned that <br /> no work start until he inspects that. He suggested that the <br /> haybale line be no more than 10 feet to the west and 12 feet <br /> to the north; the l unit t of activity confined to that area, <br /> Trees to be out are to be narked. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday was concerned with the amount of clearing at <br /> the bottom of the stairs . Mr, Sherman stated they are not ':n <br /> the BVW but are close, <br /> Ms Fitzgibbons stated the buyer wants a stairway to the <br /> water, Mr, Sherman stated it can be conditioned that there <br /> is no authorization for removal of vegetation at the bottom <br /> f the stairs. They are in opposition to the stairs in <br /> the flood zone. As an abutter on lot 77, access to the pond <br /> can be achieved with a small amount of hand excavation and <br /> without any stairs. There is a natural slot that could be <br /> opened up a little more. They are not opposed to any house. <br /> i <br /> The letter was read into the record. <br /> Ir. Landers-cauley stated they would amend the filing to not <br /> include the stairs. Mrs. Fitzgibbons agreed. <br />
