1 <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if the area concerned falls within the <br /> 100 year floodzone? <br /> Mr. Sherman advised requirement under the regs is only within <br /> the flood zone itself. The state has no reps for flood plain <br /> or buffer. <br /> Mr. Wilde advised most of what was there is still there. <br /> Mr. Sherman agreed there is still some vegetation and Mr. <br /> Wilde has agreed to do some revegetation. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing for <br /> Henry Wilde. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 7:40 GEORGE c, LEACH for a proposed 8f x 20f house addition <br /> and septic system upgrade at 51 Monomoscoy Road West. Dave <br /> sanicki presenting. This is subject to the regulation <br /> concerning nutrient loading. Access to the house is from <br /> Stanley Read, <br /> The Chairman advised this Notice will be subject to <br /> Regulation 29 and 30 of Chapter 171, Mashpee Code. <br /> Mr. sanicki advised it is proposed to add 'x 20' to the <br /> existing dwelling. It is a two bedroom dwelling and will <br /> remain so. They will in stall a neer septic system. The new <br /> system is over 100 feet from the water. Mr. Sherman will review this with the building <br /> inspector. He asked the size of the lot It is 201500 s.f. <br /> Mr. sanicki advised he assumed the other work that was done <br /> had been permitted. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated an enforcement order is on the way. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if they have Chapter 91 on the wall; they <br /> will need it. Behind the wall is a new row of creosote <br /> railroad ties. Also, a ramp and float are on the marsh and <br /> have to be removed. All work was unauthorized. ' <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if Mr. Leach would give Mr. Sanicki the <br /> authorization, this all could go into another filing. <br /> Mr, Sanici stated a filing would be '.n answer to the <br /> enforcement order. His client may have filed for an interim <br /> e assumed he had filed and had permission, <br /> Mrs. Ferriday requested a floor plan of the dwelling. <br />
