Walls are concrete* They have shown the work <br /> limit and the utility shed for the pump is shown which will <br /> e ozone. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> HEARING CLOSED, <br /> :10 MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION for a proposed dirt <br /> road approximately f x 20f for the purpose of cranberry <br /> bog maintenance at the Quashnet Bog, John's Pond Park. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the project could be looked upon favorably <br /> under the AO reds for cutting of trees up to 100 feet; he is <br /> going considerably r less than that. Normally a 50 NVBS would <br /> e required next to a fresh water wetland for wildlife <br /> habitat protection. This working active bag has limited <br /> wildlife habitat value, so the Commission could go alone with <br /> the road. He asked if the details of the plan were adequate <br /> He felt the Commission should have more detailed plans. At <br /> one part, he is cutting into a significant bank which will <br /> need shoring up. <br /> Mr. Desrosier•s would want to know what is to be clone to <br /> stabilize that bank. <br /> Asked how wide the road will he, Mr. Sherman stated 20 feet. <br /> He is not opposed to the concept of the road but would want <br /> more information, The Commission agreed to continue pending <br />
